Today’s exercise.. Not a true exercise but challenging you to send in your weigh in this morning.. Don’t be afraid to share with me!
Today’s topic.. Weighing in and being proud.. Either way!
I remember being really proud of my weigh in one time.. And I had gained a pound! It was during a really stressful week and I had definitely not been great with my routine or eating.. But I tried.
I remember stepping on the scale SO terrified to see a huge gain. When I saw +1 I was elated. Thrilled. Through my stress and diminished workouts, the occasional late night (too much) snack.. I didn’t ruin anything. Nothing felt threatened. I was proud not only of the small gain but that no matter what my week looked like I never binged or got fast food.
Changes were setting in and I finally saw that. I saw how much my patterns with food had shifted and I felt so strong.
See your power.. Trust the process.. And always remember no matter your results you can dictate your journey!! That pound gain just made me have a stronger week.. The following week I lost 4. And was just as proud.
